No Words Can Come Close

Dear World and Those in My Circle of Influence,

There are truly no words that can remotely come close to calm the nerves, ease the pain, justify the shock, or begin to process the atrocious acts of violence, hate, and mental illness that we have been witnessing lately. My heart is deeply saddened . It seems the world is unraveling.

With all our technological advances- we are still disconnected. Considering all the medical marvels – we are still unhealthy. Ponder all the world religions – we still have little to no faith.

A dark heart and a fractured mind is a deadly combination.

PLEASE, if you/ your family/or a loved one is struggling with mental health challenges or you need to talk about the tragedies of this past week, REACH OUT. WE ARE HERE TO HELP!
