Brief Psychotherapy

Based upon the client need or presenting problem, therapy can be offered. Such therapies include: 1. Brief psychotherapy (time-sensitive and frequency-based meetings that focus on the present). 2. Solution-based psychotherapy (assist client in finding the most appropriate solution to an ongoing or current issue). Solution-focused approach helps you navigate life’s choices. Both brief psychotherapy and solutions-based therapy are time-based, lasting between 10 – 20 sessions. The goal is to achieve the greatest possible change during a short period of time.
